The crew from Topline (Gary and Joe) just installed granite countertops in our home yesterday (10/13/09) and they did an outstanding job!
The first thing they did when they entered our home was covered the hardwood floors everywhere that they were going to be walking. They proceeded to the kitchen and covered that entire floor surface, as well. They were so neat while they were working that there was nothing for me to do when they were finished, other than to put my drawers back in my cabinets (which Gary helped with while Joe loaded the truck). Both Gary and Joe are true professionals in their trade, and it was a pleasure working with both of them.

Although there were a few details that needed to be worked out with one piece of the countertop, the entire staff at Topline was courteous and professional, and very easy to work with -- from the initial visit to the Showroom through the completion of the install last evening.

I would highly recommend Topline Countertops if you are considering new countertops in any area of your home. Topline is a family owned business, and the owners (Bruce and Brucie) actually work there, so they are usually available to talk to you when you visit their showroom. Everyone that my husband and I dealt with was very knowledgeable about the products they sell/install. We never had to be afraid to ask a question and, when we called them for something, someone always returned our phone call within an hour, if not sooner -- great customer service!

I'm sure my husband and I will be working with Topline in the future. In the meantime, we will highly recommend them to anyone we know who is in the market for new countertops.

I recently had a Corian countertop installed by Topline.

This is a family owned/operated business. The owners and family members are the sales staff, the estimaters and the installation crew. During the "decison" phase we visited the showroom on numerous times, discussed our needs with Bruce (owner) and Gary (family member). We received consistant information from both! and they were very knowledgeable and helpful.

Bruce came to our home and measured for the new countertop and quoted us our price.

When we ordered, we were given a time frame of 10 business days for our countertop to be finished. Our order was finished on time.

A date and time was set up for our installation. Installation was done by Gary and another person,who turned out to be one of the countertop fabricators who was not busy that day. It took about 2 1/2 hrs for them to remove our old and replace with the new countertop.

The fit of the new countertop was excellent and the product was flawless.
