My experiences have been consistently pleasant with this company. I like them. So does my good friend T. Shitstova.

If I could give this company negative stars, I would. I was debating how to get home from school, and thought this seemed easy. So, on the way back from my last class, I stopped in and purchased a ticket for the next available trip. I had about an hour--perfect! I quick purchased the ticket and jogged back to my dorm to grab my bag. When I went to get on the bus, I was turned away. My ticket was for the day before!!! I understand them making me wait until everyone else got on. I wouldn't want to take someone's spot. However, I was upset to find out I had to purchase a new ticket. The ride home was awful. The driver talked on his cell phone the whole way. The bus even got pulled over! When I got home, I wrote a polite email to the owner explaining what had happened. His response--I am stupid and impatient, and people like me should have been eliminated by survival of the fittest. Seriously?!?! It was an innocent mistake, and it is absurd to think it's okay to sell tickets for something that happened in the past. I never got my money back, and I was insulted over and over by this man. I have no idea how this company gets away with the way they treat people. I would NOT recommend it.

This fictional review is an agglomeration of several reviews posted about LEX Express in Yahoo reviews and Yelp reviews.

I have used this company twice and have had no problems. It is fast and comfortable. My computer froze while printing out tickets but i was able to anyways later through the email I was sent. It is a better alternative to Amtrak or greyhound because it is cheaper and the service is much better than Lex (which has taken me over 3 hours to reach U of I from O'Hare). I'd recommend it if you arent able to drive yourself.
